Lidwien Van Elk
Meet Lidwien,
She’s a fully ( 500 RYS) qualified Yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience.
She holds qualifications in
Hatha & Raja.
Vinyasa flow.
Yin & Mindfullness level 1&2
and Yoga for sports
She’s also a fully certified Pilates mat teacher.
Beginners to Advanced.
Pilates with small equipment.
Special populations including bone health & back care.
Lidwien specialises in Core stability and strength for various levels & abilities, creating a balanced body that moves with ease.
She’s also passionate about balancing the flow of our vital life force to nourish the body and cultivate a harmonious state.

Deepa
Namaste everyone, My name is Deepa and I am a Yoga and Mindfulness meditation teacher. I have a 200 YTT and in 2020 I started Smiriti Yoga. I have over 40 years of experience doing yoga. I am a certified Breath (Pranayama) and a Yoga For All Bodies coach.
Deepa's Yoga course:

Yoga for me is about changing my life for the better. Living & breathing at a slower pace through poses & healthy breathing techniques, creating a mindful way of life. Yoga helps me do this & I would like to share it with you.
Having always been an active person, in my late twenties as a fitness instructor & throughout my life, taking up activities like jogging, aerobics, dancing & of course Yoga, I've learned to keep my body safe & connected to my breath, Yoga is the answer for me. This is a journey for me & I will continue to learn & progress in my career as a Yoga Teacher. I look forward to meeting you all throughout this exciting & fulfilling journey.

Donna Moore
I seek to create and hold space for people where they can take time for self care. To slow down, breathe, soften and draw their awareness inwards to connect with their breath, bodies and with themselves.
I teach various styles of yoga, breathwork and meditation classes to help with stress, anxiety, overactive minds and burnt out bodies. There are plenty of options given in each pose, so they are suitable for all levels of experience.
I completed my 230 hours yoga teacher training with the amazing teachers at Himalaya Yoga Valley, and I will always be a student of the practice. I am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers have shared with me.
My hope is that you leave my class feeling relaxed, nourished and balanced.
Classes on Monday evenings at 6:30pm and 7:45pm. €12 pay as you go or €50 for a pass for 5 classes.

Nicole Bork
Starting from a Hatha Yoga teacher training my teaching and practice was influenced by many styles and mentors over the years. Only lately, with the experience of pregnancy and motherhood, did I add pregnancy and mom and baby yoga to my repertoire which I thoroughly enjoy. Seeing those little souls nurtured right from the start and once in their mom's arms the bonding through communication and movement is incredible. I'd hope for my students, the big and little ones, to feel welcome and at ease in my classes which right now are suited from 6 weeks postpartum up to crawling stage.

Hi, my name is Ranna (pronounced Renna)
I have completed 500hours of YTT; Vinyasa, Elemental Yoga, Embodiment and Authentic Flow.
My intention is to make Yoga accessible, fun and therapeutic whilst focusing on Embodiment; which explores alive sensations in the body to draw us deeper into presence.

“Energy Body Explored” - Thursday 6.30 pm
Join me for comprehensive 5 week journey through movement & breath work as we deep dive into the Chakra’s, the energy centres that abide within us all. This course is tailored for all levels but having some experience is required.
“Energy Body Explored” starts this Thursday (12th of May) with Week 1; The Root Chakra, the energy centre that’s responsible for our sense of security & grounding, exploring this centre can leave us feeling rooted & refreshed.

Yin Yoga - Thursday 7.15 pm
Yin yoga is a meditative practice that targets the deepest layers of our muscular tissue, called Fascia. By exploring long holds, using lots of props & gentle assists - we can release so much tension both in our physical & energetic body. Suitable for all levels. Comfortable clothing is advised.
