This is a Pilates mat based exercise program performed in different positions on the mat building up to standing pilates exercises for weight bearing and balance.
Small props will be used for additional bone loading.
Pilates for bone health aims to prevent natural loss of bone mass that begins in our 30’s.
It also improves posture, strength and mobility of the hips and back and neck ailments.
Particularly beneficial for those with osteoporosis.
