Through understanding your life journey, forgiveness and releasing deeply seated traumas and emotions we will gently guide you towards finding who you really are.

 

This workshop will be focused beyond the mind and only suitable for those really wanting or to create internal change, finally free themselves from their burdens and live a happy fulfilled life.

The event will be held in a safe, nurturing environment in the studio of Balanced Bodies Holistic Centre, Newbridge.
